I am a women's health specialist, doula, naturopath, and yoga teacher. I stand for the reclamation of health in its truest form, bringing change into a generation of empowered women and daughters on their journey.

I am a womancrafter - a mother of 3 beautiful babes. I work with women throughout their life cycle, fertility through all stages of pregnancy, birth and postnatal support.

I create rites of passage and reclaim the wisdom that is being lost in the pursuit of ease and disconnect. I stand for the earth and our connection to our deeper wisdom, to intuition and community.
