I am an exercise scientist, nutritionist, rehabilitation specialist and final year naturopath student, opening my own health food store, tonic bar & natural medicine clinic on the Gold Coast QLD in a beautiful spot called Chirn Park.

I have fortunately been through a big healing journey myself, which has lead me down the path of studying and learning more about the amazing capability of the body for health and wellness, and when it is not, what avenues for healing are available to me to explore with my clients, which is the best learning I can possibly ask for.

The individual nature of health and healing and how each expresses itself throughout the healing process, keeps me motivated and driven to continue to learn more. SIBO has been a major area I have not dug too deep into as yet, I am very much looking forward to listening to all these amazing people speak so I can enhance my current knowledge around the subject for better patient outcomes.
