Welcome to Module 1: WHY

This module will guide you through the core reasoning behind you wanting to create your first e-course. You can have the what, the how, the when and the who, but when you have the WHY, you come down to your true essence behind the real motivation of creating this e-course and showing up for others in a way that is authentic and aligned.

As you work through this module, you will be asked to think about the following key questions:

• Why an e-course?
• Why you?
• Why now?

By the end of the module, you should be able to:

• Understand how your attitudes, behaviours, and results are connected
• Get clearer on your goals around teaching, learning and sharing knowledge on a particular interest or topic
• Create an opportunity to forgive yourself for the things that have not worked in the past
• Celebrate your wins in a way that will allow you to thrive (not survive)
• Identify your failures as learnings (not mistakes)
