Welcome to Module 4: JOURNEY

This module will guide you through your very own signature system and the post it note method with the aim of understanding your journey - past, present and future and how it can amplify your e-course.

As you work through this module, you will be asked to think about the following key questions:

• Where were you before you started your journey?
• How did you end up doing what you are doing now?
• What did you study or learn to support you in your transformation?
• What did you release and let go of?

By the end of the module, you should be able to:

• Understand the Weed, Seed, Feed and Grow method
• Mind-map the content within your e-course (information, resources, action items)
• See the trend of how your lessons and experiences are going to be helpful for people
• Use your journey to expand on conversations within each module of your e-course
